Options:#

Each option has a label, background color(shown when option is selected) and weight(number).

The weight is used to set the "Overall Assessment Result" variable for the UI node.

Per-option icons#

Each option can also be given its own icon via the icon picker in the option editor. When set, the icon is shown next to the option both while editing the assessment and when the finished UI is viewed, making the available choices easier to recognize at a glance (for example a check, a cross, or a warning triangle).

Conditions:#

Every option can be used as condition e.g. If "Yes" selected
