Mobile2b Smart Warehouse#

Mobile2b Smart Warehouse is an inventory management system that tracks articles, storage locations, inventory levels, and stock movements — providing a digital, mobile-friendly solution for warehouse operations.

Articles#

Maintain a catalog of all items in your warehouse. Each article has:

  • Auto-increment ID for quick identification
  • Multilingual name with language selection
  • QR code for scanning on the warehouse floor
  • Linked inventory records showing where the article is stored and in what quantity

The Articles view lists your full article catalog.

Accounts (Storage Locations)#

Accounts represent storage locations in your warehouse — shelves, bins, zones, or any physical location where articles are kept. Each account has a name, QR code, and linked inventory records.

The Accounts view provides an overview of all storage locations.

Inventory#

The inventory model tracks which articles are stored in which accounts and in what quantity. Inventory records are visible through the detail pages of both articles and accounts, giving you stock visibility from either direction.

Transactions (Stock Movements)#

Every stock movement is recorded as a transaction, capturing:

  • Article — which item was moved
  • Source Account — where it came from
  • Destination Account — where it went
  • Quantity — how many units were moved
  • Timestamp — when the movement occurred
  • User — who performed the transaction

The Transactions view provides a complete audit trail of all stock movements.
