Analytics#

Analytics has three tabs: Overview, Site matrix and Audits.

Overview#

Four figures across the top:

Figure Content
Audits Total audits in the account.
Completed Audits completed, with the completion rate as a percentage.
Findings Total findings raised.
Open findings Findings still open. Highlighted when above zero.

Beneath them, the fulfillment trend: the share of pass or fail answers that conformed, per quarter, across all sites.

The chart is empty until scored answers exist.

Site matrix#

Select a checklist to see a grid with one row per question and one column per site.

Each cell shows the share of conforming answers at that site and the number of answers behind it. Higher shares are shown in green and lower shares in red. An empty cell means the question was never answered at that site.

The checklist picker states how many audits each checklist has, so checklists with little data can be identified.

Read a row to compare one question across sites, and a column to compare one site across questions.

Audits#

A filterable list of individual audits.

Filter Options
Site All sites, or one site.
Status Audit status.
From / To Date range.

Each audit is shown as a case tree: the audit, the findings it raised, and the corrective work beneath each finding.

The tab renders the first 30 matching audits and states the total number of matches. Narrow the filter to see others.

Per-question history#

Answer history for a single question is on the question's own page, including the answer distribution and the full answer timeline with links to findings. See Checklist items.

Getting a document#

To produce a file to hand over, use Reports and exports.

Notes and limits#

  • Overview covers the whole account. The four figures and the trend cannot be limited to a period, a site or a management system.
  • The trend counts pass or fail answers only. Score, Number, Text, Photo and Timestamp answers are not part of the conformance share.
  • The audits tab renders 30 audits at a time. Narrow the filter to reach the rest.
  • Analytics has no download. For a file to hand over, use Reports and exports.
