Mobile2b Smart Maintenance#

Mobile2b Smart Maintenance is a maintenance management solution that connects jobs and schedules to physical equipment within a hierarchical organizational structure. It provides live shopfloor visualization of equipment status and tracks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) — enabling data-driven maintenance planning and real-time operational awareness.

Smart Maintenance builds on Smart Tasks, so all task management features (jobs, schedules, skills, AI recommendations, reports) are fully available.

Organizational Hierarchy#

Smart Maintenance organizes your operations into a 5-level hierarchy:

  1. Division — top-level organizational unit
  2. Site — physical location within a division
  3. Area — functional area within a site
  4. Workcenter — specific work station within an area
  5. Equipment — individual asset with manufacturer, model, year of manufacture, QR code, and operational status

Equipment status is tracked with the following states: Unknown, OK, Warning, Failure, Maintenance, and Decommissioned.

The Organization view displays the full hierarchy as a navigable tree.

Equipment Dashboard#

An AI-assisted equipment table with sortable columns, providing a quick overview of all registered equipment across your organization.

Live Shopfloor Visualization#

The Live view shows a real-time shopfloor map with equipment positions color-coded by their current operational status — giving maintenance teams instant visibility into which machines need attention.

OEE Tracking#

The OEE view displays Overall Equipment Effectiveness as a KPI pie chart, with drill-down navigation through the organizational hierarchy (Division > Site > Area > Workcenter) to pinpoint performance at every level.

Asset-Linked Jobs & Schedules#

Jobs and schedules are extended with an asset property, linking each maintenance task to a specific piece of equipment or organizational unit. When scheduled jobs are automatically created, the asset reference is carried over — ensuring full traceability from schedule to job to equipment.

Generated report documents are also linked back to the job's asset for easy reference.
