Mobile2b Smart Forms#

Mobile2b Smart Forms is a no-code form builder that enables you to create shareable digital forms, collect responses through public links, and view submissions in a structured table.

How It Works#

  1. Design your form in the CMS with a visual editor
  2. Share the link — forms are accessible via a public URL
  3. Collect responses — submissions are stored as business objects
  4. Review results — the Responses view shows all submissions in a sortable table

Supported Form Elements#

Smart Forms supports a wide range of input types:

  • Text, Email, Password, Phone
  • Long Text (multiline)
  • Number, Percentage
  • Date, Time
  • Checkbox
  • Selection (single choice), Multiple Selection
  • Photo, File Upload, Attachment, Drawing
  • Signature
  • Address
  • Sections (displayed as collapsible groups)

A Submit button is automatically added to every form.

Responses#

All form submissions appear in the Responses view, sorted by submission date. This is a read-only table — data enters only through form submissions.
