Reports and Exports#
Reports & Exports produces downloadable files.
Scope#
Both outputs use the same scope, set at the top of the page.

| Site | The site to report on. At least one Site must exist in Organizations. |
| From | Start of the period. Required. |
| To | End of the period. Required. Must be on or after From. |
The period defaults to the last 12 months. The download buttons are disabled until the scope is valid.
If no sites are defined, the page states this and links to Organizations.
Reports#
Site report (.docx)#
A Word document for the selected site and period, containing:
- Audit activity
- Findings by severity and by status
- The linked corrective and preventive actions
Select Download to generate it.
Exports#
Findings register (.xlsx)#
A spreadsheet of the site's findings for the period, one row per finding.

Notes and limits#
- A report covers exactly one site and one period. Group-wide, multi-site and area-level reports are not available, and there is no filter by standard, checklist or severity.
- The layout is fixed. Your logo, headers and wording cannot be configured.
- Photos are not included in either output.
