Mobile2b Smart EHS#
Mobile2b Smart EHS is a comprehensive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) management solution designed for DACH-region regulatory requirements. It extends Smart Audits with incident reporting, hazardous substance management, and safety inspection workflows — providing a unified system for workplace safety compliance and incident investigation.
Incident Reporting (ASI)#
Document and investigate workplace incidents with a structured multi-step process:
- Incident Classification — 10 classification levels from "no injury" to "reportable incident"
- Injury Documentation — injury type, affected body part, contact type, and PPE status at time of incident
- Root Cause Analysis — 3-level 5-Why analysis (why it occurred, why it wasn't discovered, why the system failed)
- Risk Assessment — categorize incidents by severity (none / low / medium / high)
- Photo Evidence — attach photos directly from the incident scene
- Report Generation — automatic generation of initial and comprehensive incident reports
The ASI Incident Flow guides users through each step, with the option to delegate the root cause analysis to a different team member.
ASI Report Transmission#
Transmit completed ASI reports to professional associations (Berufsgenossenschaften) directly from the platform. Select reports from a table view and route them via email to yourself, another user, or an external email address.
AUVA Accident Reporting#
Dedicated reporting for the Austrian Workers' Compensation Board (AUVA), capturing classification, timestamps, department information, and incident details required for regulatory submissions.
Safety Inspections#
Track safety walk-throughs and inspections with:
- 5-level risk assessment (normal to very high)
- Audit type classification
- Inspection findings documentation
RWA Checklist#
A specialized checklist for Smoke and Heat Extraction System (RWA) revisions, organized into three assessment groups:
- Visual Inspections — 4 inspection items
- Functional Tests — 5 test items
- Maintenance & Documentation — 4 documentation items
Each "No — Action Required" answer automatically opens a nested corrective action form.
Safety Data Sheets#
Manage safety data sheets (SDS) with full GHS/CLP/REACH compliance tracking:
- Product & Chemical Identification — CAS number, EC number, REACH registration number, candidate status
- Hazard Classification — H-statements, P-statements, R-statements, S-statements, signal words
- Supplier Information — supplier details and contact information
- First Aid Measures — measures organized by exposure type (inhalation, eye contact, skin contact, swallowing)

Safety data sheets can be created through an automated flow that generates the document and creates the corresponding business object.

- First Aid Instructions — step-by-step instructions categorized by exposure type (inhalation, eye contact, skin contact, swallowing)
