Activity Log#
The activity log records every action across the Compliance Platform: who did what, to which record, and when. Entries are added only; they are never changed or removed.
Administrators only
The activity log is visible to administrators. Other users do not see it in the menu, and the page states that access is restricted if opened directly.
Reading the feed#
Entries are listed newest first, one line each.

Selecting a row also expands its detail.
Actions recorded#

Field-level detail#
Expanding an update shows which fields changed, with the value before and after. For fields holding a list, it shows what was added and what was removed.
Values are stored as readable text, so a referenced question appears as its text. Entries remain readable after the record or the person is removed.
Filters and paging#
Filter by resource, action or person, using the dropdowns or by selecting the corresponding element on a row. Select Clear to reset.
Filters apply to the entries currently loaded. The header states how many entries match, and the footer states how many are loaded out of the total.
Select Load more to load the next 50 entries, going further back in time. When all entries are loaded, the footer states that the end has been reached.
Notes and limits#
- Administrators only. Access cannot be granted per role or per user.
- Filters apply to the entries already loaded, not to the whole history. To search further back, select Load more first.
- Platform activity only. Sign-ins, permission changes and account administration are recorded in the Administration area.
