Object Update#

The Object Update node updates the properties of an existing Business Object.

Settings#

  • Business Model: The Business Model the object belongs to
  • Object ID: The object to update — either a preselected object or a flow variable
  • Properties: A list of property updates. For each property you can:
    • Set: Assign a new value — either a fixed value or a flow variable
    • Clear: Reset the property to an empty value
  • Access update type: How to handle access rights changes on the object
  • Access: Optionally update the users or groups who have access to the object

Output#

After the update, all properties of the Business Object are available as flow variables for use in subsequent nodes.
