Mobile2b Visitor Management#

Mobile2b Visitor Management is a digital visitor registration system that replaces paper-based sign-in books. It enables front desk staff to quickly check visitors in, track who is currently on-site, and maintain a complete log of all visits.

Visitor Check-In#

Launch the check-in flow from the LaunchPad to register a new visitor. The check-in form collects:

  • Visitor Name (required)
  • Company
  • Host Name (required)
  • Purpose — meeting, delivery, maintenance, interview, or other
  • Phone Number

After submission, the visitor record is created and you are redirected to the Current Visitors view.

Visitor Check-Out#

When a visitor leaves, use the Check Out action on their record. This updates the visitor's status to "checked out" and records the check-out time.

Views#

  • Current Visitors — shows all visitors currently checked in, giving front desk staff a live overview of who is on-site
  • Visitor Log — complete historical log of all visitors, including those who have already checked out
